What moves the price

Volume

How much van space it fills. This is the biggest factor by far, and it’s why photos get you an accurate number in minutes rather than a vague range.

Access

Ground floor with parking outside is quickest. A third-floor flat with no lift and permit-only parking takes longer, so it costs more.

What’s in it

Upholstered furniture carries a POPs disposal charge. Fridges and mattresses have their own routes. Clean, re-usable furniture can bring the price down.

How you get a fixed price

Send photos on WhatsApp, or call and talk us through it.
We come back with a fixed price, usually within the hour.
You pick a slot. The price doesn’t change on the day.

No hidden extras and no call from the doorstep saying we found more than expected. If what’s there is genuinely different from what we quoted, we tell you before we start – not after.
